We have dual zone "Through The Wall" AC attic installations...and our attic is 4 stories high! After 6 years, the dirt and grime that had built up on the outside air coils caused one of our ACs to fail completely. It was $4000 to replace that AC unit. Every HVAC company we called declined the job to clean them due to the height. We were frantic to prevent the 2nd unit from failing completely. (Read: another $4000!) Finally, we remembered UNDER PRESSURE and as a last straw called J.R. to come look at the situation. Instead of dismissing the problem as "too hard", he went through what I would best describe as flexible, out of the box problem solving. Under Pressure not only came up with a solution, but also suggested this as a neighborhood wide plan to keep the cost more than affordable. A good many neighbors happily signed onto his plan. Thanks, Under Pressure, for not only taking what could have been a crushing expense and turning it into an easily affordable maintenance fee but also for being limber enough to take on a job that bigger inflexible companies were unwilling or unable to do.

I first thought about replacing my deck but decided to see what a power washing company could do to restore what I had. I am happy I awarded the job to Under Pressure. They explained that the appearance was only surface deep and then proved it by making my deck look brand new.

As a property manager my judgement reflects the way my community benefits. I have used Under Pressure repeatedly to up keep the appearance of our town homes. Residents can rest assure their area is kept clean and inviting to family and guests. In my honest opinion the community invests into the image of their homes and are retained much longer as renters.
